I have two greys along with a flight cage full of canaries in an apartment, I am not sure as to whether I should get an air purifier or humidifer to control the amount of dust and also for both the health of humanity and animals. What do you all suggest?

I use Both!! I use a cool mist humidifier and a air purifier to help with the dust. I suggest not getting the vicks warm mist humidifier as there is teflon in them. Hug's Barbie and Isis

P.S. Welcome to Our Flock!

Ditto, would definitely have both. I have a GermAir unit that you can use as a cool or warm humidifier, love it.
