Hello, I’m looking for a BTM (Blue Throated Macaw) breeder in Michigan. The only place I’ve been able to find that has them is The Green Parrot Superstore in Goodrich, MI. I’m on the list there but they want to clip the wings or they won’t let it out of the cage, which I’m sure is a liability...
