Rollerblading along the road
Zoey was my pet mouse. She was the sweetest thing. Just like a little dog, she knew her name and came when she was called... She used to go for car rides, bus rides and train rides in my pocket. She was beautiful.
Her buddy, Quest, died a few weeks ago, just before my dog Lucy. I didn't post about it because emotionally it didn't affect me. I wanted the best for Zoey, who I feel in love with instantly, so I got her a friend. I was never attached to Quest, although I played with her and cared about her.
Zoey on the other hand... Every night we would have a special playtime after the birds went to bed. She'd sit on my shoulder, climb in my clothes, and make tunnels in my sheets.
I can't believe she's gone.
