My dad took off today, so he took Kiersten and I to see Yosh. At first he was a little grumpy at not being fed, but after a few minutes he accepted this "injustice."He played on my lap with some balsa wood chips and shredders for a while and then cuddled and slept. I swear, there's nothing cuter than a baby bird yawning and grinding its beak.
I looked at the some of the baby Grey's they had there while Kiersten and dad spent some time with Yoshi. There was this adorable one that kept coming over to bars excitedly and trying to say "hi." It came out more like a whispery "haaah! haah!" There was also a sweet little cinnamon GC (sold, unfortunately) in with the tiels that. I gave him a head scratch through the bars, and he looked so happy. His 'tiel buddy was competing for his affections. Trying to get in and preen his head too.
