Just in case you haven't seen this, someone in your area found a bird and posted in the lost/found section on craigslist, they provide no description of it in the craigslist ad. They are asking for a picture/description of the bird to make sure it goes to the owner. Here is the link: found bird
Praying for Yoshi to come home!
Another bird found 20 minutes from you with a band on it's leg (if you've already been checking the lost/found section on craigslist I apologize) Pet Bird found in Bryarton Community
Thank you very much for your help. I've emailed the first person, waiting for a response. However the second ad said they found the bird on April 9 and Yoshi was lost on April 17th.
Oh Kiersten...I am so sorry. I have been through this and it just sucks sucks sucks! At least it's not the dead of winter. Hopefully he is just hiding somewhere and will come down when he gets hungry enough and find a human.
When leads don't end successfully it is extra hard to stay strong and optimistic but don't give up. Many many lost birds are reunited with their parronts.
Oh I am so incredibly sorry. I lost my Ody in December because a roommate let him out. I know how absolutely heartbreaking and emotionally exhausting this is. Prayers for Yoshi's safe return
I answered another ad, even though it was a long shot in terms of distance. Not him. I'm so upset that no one has called to say they've seen him. I know I shouldn't lose hope, but it's getting harder with each passing day.
