My CAG Lily seems to particulary like boiled eggs, but only the yellow part inside, she's a plucker so proteins are good for her for what I understood.

How many times can I give it to her? even every day can be fine or contains too many saturated fats?

I would be cautious feeding daily. Egg yolks are very high in fat and can cause fatty liver disease, heart failure, etc.
recently I saw my avian vet and she specified if you are feeding eggs to only feed the whites cooked and no yolks at all, due to the extremely high fat content.

(Edited to add:)
also, if your bird is a plucker, have you had bloodwork done to find a possible health cause? Having fatty liver disease or other health issues can cause a bird to pluck.

I decided to not to have bloodwork done due to the risks of the anesthesia, she is so old...35-40 years, she is a rescue. I prefer to not to risk her life at this point.
