He had been in oxygen since yesterday because of respiratory issues that came up. The vet called me a short time ago to tell me that he was decompensating. By the time I got there he was gone.

He was only in my life for a short time, but he has changed it forever. I love you, my green man.

Oh, Jenny, I am soooo sorry. I've been thinking about him but didn't want to ask since you weren't updating. Guess I reckoned it wasn't good news. You did a wonderful job with him when times were better, and nobody could have done more when times got tough. He was beautiful. And now he's free, without pain, and flying with wings high. I just can't tell you how deeply I feel your loss.
