what softbill to choose?

ive researched a whole ton but im stuck between 2 birds right now.

1. mousebirds
2. ringneck doves

for anyone who keep these birds can you post the good bad and ugly and your experience about these two? i havent seen this kind of thread for either breeds so i wanted to know more about each type of bird. i dont mind any noise so noise doesnt matter. i want to know how each breed does and is as a pet?

Can't really help. A pair of ringnecks will be my next bird. We have many wild collard doves (almost exactly the same) in the yard. Love those birds. Have watched numerous videos on them, and have been planning for a pigeon/dove for a long time before "discovering" the ringnecks.

I know nothing about mouse birds.
