What do you use? Birdie bread..

Since Felicia wont eat 'wet' things... and I have all of these amazing AO soak and make mixes.. what kinda thing would you use to hold it together and bake it?

I've heard of whole wheat flour, or corn meal.. are there other things? perhaps more healthy things? I do have coconut oil on hand (as I use it for pan frying things)

She likes the mixes dry, but then she gets to pick at them.. and she enjoys bread, but I feel bad giving her the white bread I eat.

just don't use Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix, too much sugar and salt.

Coconut flour, rice flour... almond flour... in the GF baking section they have all the different types of flours. I use a different type depends on my mood and sadly can never remember which recipe works best! My most recent was awesome and I'll probably never duplicate the darn thing lol
