Been busy . They still getting veggies twice daily. Today fresh corn, bell pepper, radish,( think radishes rejected) brussel sprouts cut in half, thawed frozen peas, scrambled egg, a piece of Ezekiel bread, shredded cabbage and strawberry, carrot chunks

I like to see what they go for first! Pikachu actually took quick snip of broccoli before moving to tomato. Phoebe tried brussel sprouts first . They really do come running to check out veggies

Oh my goodness!


I was taking pictures, and telling Phoebe how good she was ! She walked over with her broccoli to get a kiss I thought, but she tried to share the broccoli with me and stuff in my mouth!!! Melt my heart sweetness! We are repairing our relationship. I just love that she tried to feed me her yummy!

I’ve figured out pip will only eat his veggies if if foraging toys are empty the little monkey so been filling toys up before bed plus keeps them quiet in mornings haha

Whatever it was I threw in there To save time I cook big pots of grains and then freeze to use later. Great way to use up the "last little bit" of a box of grain in the cupboard.

I think this one was tricolor quinoa, wheat berries, and wild rice?

Yeah, I've been really busy and traveling a lot. But I'll be sure to post tomorrow's vegetables.

Thanks for the info! At this moment I’ve got quinoa cooking in the instant pot, veggie pasta cooking on the stove, and wheat berries will go into the instant pot next. All that will go with the veggie chop and sprouts for the coming week.

I don't have a picture right now but I recently have gotten my cockatiel to eat vegetables. I put baby spinach, bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, peas in his chop. I also added a bit of strawberry, blueberry. and cilantro.
