Weird behaviour

My budgie Cookie is 3 years old.
Today, she was all buffed up and she is scratching her tummy and sleeping almost all day. When she is up she sings and talks.She also likes to go into pockets and to sleep there.
Does anyone know if something seriously is wrong or she has a cold, or she is not used to the fast change of the weather(in 2 days the temperature fell from 23 to 9°C)?

When was her last exam by an avian vet? As you know this is not normal behavior for a budgie or you would not be posting.

she was at the vet 3 weeks ago..

That's good. Can you give us more details about your budgie? Diet, any other pets or birds, exercise, cage size, play time and things like that.
