It shouldn't. It's great they're doing something to help animals but they are still a store that profits from selling live creatures that often come from dubious sources.

I looked up the Petco company on Wikipedia and they don't seem as bad has some people say. Of course there is always companies that have employees that just don't have the commitment or are just too plain lazy to care. I have seen small family owned pet stores that shouldn't be in business and others that are outstanding. I always look for the positive and think that Petco is trying to make amends. of course there's will always be people who look at the negative.

I am one of those people that think no animals should be sold in pet supply stores, including fish. I don't approve of horse racing and its the Preakness race today where I live. I know there are many who disagree with me but we all have our beliefs.
