Thanks Emily, he's a Frilled-neck dragon, Chlamydosaurus kingii, and should grow to 36inches and 500grams

LOL - Yep, they're the only lizard that does. He doesnt show his frill much anymore because he's so comfortable at home. Here's an old photo with it up:
