Update on our cat!

So it looks like Aslan has a good chance at making it. The Specialist vet we took him to today did a quick ultra sound of the supposed tumor and found that it was full of fluid, meaning an abscess. She thinks that it might be a gland that got infected, but they still want him back in two weeks to make sure it wasn't started by a tumor.

We went in there expecting the worst, I was all ready with my kleenexes to have to make that decision to put him down.

YEAH! love those second opinions and vet specialists. I worked for them in South Carolina a while back and their compassion is astounding. Glad your kitty is doing better than you thought
