Uh oh. Someone is jealous

Zazu is adorable. Has a pretty great life. Shes loves to cuddle and hop and fly to certain places. When Grandma comes to say hi (grandma = my mother) she gets REALLY excited. Grandma will sing to her and she has a real feminine voice. High pitched and all. So Zazu will chirp, beep and honk at her.

This is where the jealous part comes in. when I try those things with her not a peep out of her! She simply look at me or even turns her back on me. Anyone else have this issue. What can Zazu do to work on her Owners jealousy?

One of the techs at the avian vet's office has a really high-pitched voice & really works it for the birds. She says, "Birds and dogs love me; cats hate me!" I really think she is Scott's favorite person. I am unable to make those sounds, so I tried playing k-pop and anime songs on YouTube & he loves them. I can only take so much, but I still play them from time to time just to watch him strut in between his nail trims. I specially request her assistance for him.

I'm in the same boat! My birds don't even like my voice in a higher pitch or a whisper. What seems to work are bird sounds over the web. My birds LOVE them!
