Hello everyone! My roommate and I got a nanday conure a while ago and brought him home to our apartment. We were warned about how much noise he would likely make and we are and were fine with it. However, we didn't take into account how thin the walls are in our complex. over the past month a newer neighbor has filed several noise complaints about him and the management has finally told us that if we cannot get him to be quiet they may have to ask us to move out. Sadly there is no way that we can do that so we need to rehome him ASAP.
He is friendly and talkative and loves to take baths in sinks. We have small dogs that he is ok with but he doesn't like them to get too close. He doesn't get along too well with our cockatiel but likes green cheek conures and other nandays. Not sure about other birds.
We would like to get back some of what we originally paid for him as a rehome fee. We are thinking $200, but open to discussion. He just needs a new home before the management gets onto our case more.
Thank you for reading!
I can't seem to figure out how to rotate these pictures, sorry!
