Training question

i own a lorikeet, part tame. her name is blue (previous owner thought Blue was male) Blue is 5yrs old and can step up off from furniture and people. Im not successful in training her to step down. She prefers to perch on my shoulders and nips alot on my cheeks (no blood drawn) How can i train her to step off my shoulders?

Can she.... be taught to walk "down" your arm for a reward?

Can you bribe her with a Treat?? I would practice letting her step on a perch, reward, and let her Come back to you
