I'm so sorry for your loss.
Fly high Titan.
Fly high Titan.
I know that birds do mourn. Milton mourned for his first owner for the first three years he was with us.I've read that birds mourn. Maybe he missed Marty more than we knew.
I most definitely believe so. I had noticed a difference in Titan's behavior after Marty passed...he seemed so down. He did perk up after his hatch day (Thursday)...who knows...maybe Titan knew that Marty was happy he made his hatch day, and it was time to join him...I know that Titan and Marty are together. I wonder if Titan hung on as long as he did with his seizures because he had to be with his person Marty.
Titan completed his physical journey today, and has flown up to the Bridge. He had a seizure, and passed quickly, in our arms.
Titan was our first "Birdie Ambassador"...he made his first visit to a school at the age of 5 months. He enjoyed visiting with everyone, and brought so much happiness to everyone he met.
I know that he's already met up with his good buddy, Marty...and they're probably sitting in front of a computer, with Titan bumming an almond off of Marty...
Farewell, Titan...until we meet again...
