Tentatively named Cacatua goffiniana hyacinthum rostrum et pedum aka the blue beaked and blue footed Goffin's. This subspecies is uncommon with only one individual being identified at this time. At first it was thought to be closely related to Cacatua ophthalmica, the blue-eyed cockatoo, which has light blue eye rings but it is much more similar to the Goffin's except for the slight blue tint on the beak and feet.
This unique bird was first seen in the deep, dark jungles of Southern Kali Phornia by an alert bird watcher who heard its screams and then also got hit by flying objects that the bird was tossing down to the ground.
