So tonight is...

My first attempt at making birdie bread! I will post pictures when it's done

Here's some of what I started with, I ended up mostly winging it. (Lol.)



I started with a "base" of flour, baking powder, a small amount of orange juice, some water and an egg.



Stirred in some crushed Zupreem fruity and some seeds...



Franklin came to see what I was doing.



Mum is making me stuff!



Then I added some cut up strawberry, apple, kiwi, sugar snap peas and a bit of jalapeno for some zip.



Now all that's left is to put it in the muffin tin! (With some pretty apple pieces on top )



About 25 mins later I got...



These! DH came in right when I took them out and said "Those almost smell good enough for me to eat." They are now cooling on the counter, to be taste tested tomorrow morning with breakfast!

I never make my own, I just use corn muffin mix, maybe I'll try it you way.

Broke one up in the breakfast bowl this morning.... Franklin loves it! He has been picking away and making his "happy quack" noise all morning! I'm so glad he likes them Thanks everyone for the nice comments
