This is a great site to compare and put together a good diet of fresh foods....It is done per grams of foods... once you have put in the foods you are comparing...go to the bottom and hit summit button....a new page will pop up with the information ...it is interesting...

Interesting info that it provides. I put in broccoli raw and broccoli cooked one on diet A and one on diet B and the cooked had more vitamin nutrients than the raw did. A lot were the same but some cooking drastically increased in them
