If you hunt or fish for pleasure, you're a jerk. I'm sorry if that offends anyone but I genuinely believe that. Sport fisherman think what they are doing is harmless. Over half of all catch and release fish get sick or die due to stress, injury, or infection.
Animals have lives. They are not out to get you. It is US who have encroached on their environment, made their food scarce, frightened and abused them. That's bad enough. To go into the wild and shoot an animal with anything other than a camera is just in-human as far as I'm concerned. Want to see deer? Take pictures. What to see fish? Buy a snorkel and mask. Leave the poor critters alone.
Now, if you are starving, and you're stuck in the woods, and you need to catch salmon to survive, obviously that's ok. I'm not crazy or anything. <3

Very heartbreaking to see such a beautiful and majestic animal having its life taken away but such a cold hearted person.
