Safe bird wood?

I have a ton of pecan trees around my house. Is Pecan wood safe???

This is Googleable. Yes, it is. You'll have to treat it for parasites, though. That's also Googleable.

Also, one thing I wasn't able to find online was... Is pecan BARK safe? Do I need to strip the bark before I let my budgies use it?

For most trees, the bark is safe. There are exceptions, of course, and leaves sometimes are unsafe while the wood itself is fine. For pecan, I would be comfortable leaving the bark. Barky branches are so nice!
