I think he may have had fluid in his lungs as water has just come out his mouth ..... Oh my this is so sad..

I would suggest that you take the body to a vet and have a necropsy done to find out actual cause of death. Your posted pix showed there were already problems going on long before you noticed them. The condition oif the legs, from personal experience with babies, is a good indicator that there might possibly be a giardia problem.

A necropsy will also be helpful if it was a health issue to let the breeder know.....and to treat their birds if needed And if it was a prior health issue to when you received the baby, maybe the breeder might be nice enough to replace the bird with a weaned​ baby.
