The day after my mom passed away I noticed that her dog (who used to be my baby but they fell in love with each other) had quite a bad eye infection. I took him to our local vet and they treated him with drops. He was just starting to get better. Yesterday morning I was about to leave for work when I noticed him stumbling. I rushed him to the vet, and they did a number of tests but couldn't work out what was wrong, so they were going to keep him overnight. Another vet noticed swollen legs and immediately did a chest xray. My big boy's lungs were full of cancer The vet was quite shocked to see it in a young dog (he was only 6). He said Quinn would only be with us for a few more days, and that it was much kinder to say goodbye now He is with my mom now RIP my baby
