Recessive Pied- Male or Female?

My new keet- I guessed she was a girl and named her Bella. I've had her for about a month and now people are telling me that it looks like a boy because hes a recessive pied. I want to know what you guys think because I have no background on her/him as this was a lost bird given to me and I never even knew there was so many different kinds of Budgie mutations. I was going by the old school blue boy/pink girl cere logic. What do you guys think. Also do you think hes under 6 months or over. I love him either way but would like to change the name before he gets use to it if it is a boy.

He IS recessive pied, and he is a he. The cere on a male RP stays pinky/purple into adulthood.
