R.I.P Lydia - only a few months old.

Yesterday, Lydia was acting delirious. I just passed it off as her being playful, and went to my friends house. I came back, and she had passed.

I really can't explain how much sadness I feel. I hope I didn't do anything to contribute to this. Kiwi seems very confused.

I really don't have the ability to type right now as I'm crying extremely hard, so I will talk to you all later when I have my composure a bit more.

I'm so sorry. They hide their illness very well till they can't any more so she may have been sick all along and it finally became apparent

I'm so very sorry @Henry's Birds . How devastating for her to be playful one day and gone the next. Since I don't remember if you are a new bird owner, I'll just remind everyone here who are new to birds that seeds will appear to be in the dish, but they are empty hulls. Just as a precaution, in case there are those that are thinking they aren't eating much. So feed seeds daily, and don't take chances that there are empty hulls.
