Quick answer needed - canola oil??

I'm baking birdie bread, and the recipe calls for vegetable oil. Can I use a canola oil/vegetable oil mix, or is canola oil bad for birds?

I honestly don't think so. Canola is a very healthy oil. More healthy than peanut oil.
