PregO leopard gecko already???

to anyone that may know do these look like mating scars? I'm a bit freaked out that our new pet may already have eggs. Not freaked out as in yuck but freaked out in the way that I worry we can't provide for her correctly. We are just learning.

Ok whew I was worried we would not give her what she needs Prego. Hubby looked up on YouTube and we checked like they showed to and she doesn't seem to be with fertile eggs.
