Plucked feathers

Hi guys and girls :)

this lutino chick (4 weeks old) has been plucked by the parents.



and i'm now taking care of her.

my question is : can the plucked feathers regrow again (before molting)? and note that they aren't plucked from the roots, but from the middle of the feathers.

To my knowledge, they will grow back if not plucked from the roots, but I have little experience with this.

Edit: it might take until her first molt until her feathers grow back in though.

They should grow back as long as there's not any folical damage!
