1. Kings wouldn’t refund, but is sending replacement bowls. I’ll hand wash them.

2. Zupreem refunded Naturals bag Rudy was throwing up on.

3. Midwest sent cage defect pics onto quality control. New Chiquitas expected aug first week.

4. Prevue parrot playground was damaged. Drs refunded 12.04 which was the 75%off sale price. The central pole is split along the length through the center.
We may try gluing it together. It wasn’t damaged in transit! It was packed like that.

Great that you have gotten things taken care of. Am going to watch for the Chiquitas and see what the prices are like. I'm really hoping that Petsmart will have them in stock and on sale @ Black Friday because I want to order one or two.
Do you think Midwest might send you new panels?
Sad about the parrot playground. Sounds like quality control was lacking if they packed it like that.

I doubt it about the panels. I'll get one now and one on black friday. She took the zupreem numbers and didn't ask any questions. Hey I have a free day today, I'll call Prevue!

Well, Prevue tracked down my order at Drs, apparently they have access to their system. They are sending a replacement box since they don't sell the parts separately.
