I have an aviator for my pionus, but they don't make one small enough for a parrotlet (their smallest is for a bird at least 75g). Does anyone here with a parrotlet use a harness and if so, what brand?....thanks

Is a Parrolet bigger than a GCC? my little greenie is small, about 70 gms, and the "petite" size fits, barely! its fine once he gets it on, but the head loop is really small, and i worried it would choke him. it DOESNT, but i almost wished i had bought the xtra small size instead. I'll live with this one unless he gets bigger.

Those little budgies are so cute!

Just be careful with whatever you end up with. I put my lovie in a harness and where he doesn't have the long tail he could wiggle his little booty out of it.

I dont think I would ever trust any harness on my little tiny parrotlet...I would be way too nervous she would wiggle loose....better to be safe and secure in a small carrier when out and about:)

I agree with Leslie. I have a parrotlet and they sure can wiggle. I would not use a harness

Personally I think they're too small for a harness. Even without taking the wiggling into account I'm not sure anything that would be fine enough not to weigh them down would be sturdy enough to withstand the wear and tear
