Parakeets escaped!!

i got 2 untamed 3 year old ring neck parakeets through the week and the male has escaped his cage some how today. How can I safely get him back into the cage without stressing him out? I would leave the cage open but the female is still inside the cage, he just keeps flying around and won't let me get close to him

He will probably make his way back to the cage once he gets hungry. If not, I guess you can dim the lights in the room and scoop him up with a towel and put him back but that may make him lose a little trust in you. I would give it some time.
