911 Parakeet poo on his anal with lump

Hello and thanks I have a parakeet with poo and a lump or swelling around the anal area what can I do. This bird is 3 years old and very tame

Lowered wings, lump... Egg?
Is the lump more of an egg shaped bump?
Please post a picture of your birds face so we can see if male or female

Vet time...that is likely painful.

That looks like a tumor or a prolapse to me but it's very hard to tell. Definitely vet time.
