Palm nut

I ordered 4lbs of palm nut/fruit for the birds. I am hoping the pi's like them. Figure I will have to crush for the tiels to eat. Anyone given to their birds? I am not sure how to store them. In fridge or freezer or just in airtight container.

Large amounts of nuts do well in a frozen state.

I didn't know there was anyone selling them again!
I used to freeze part of my order when I could get them and they do fine.

Giini from Gini bird breads and muffins. I follow her on facebook and she posted them. It is buy a pound get a pound free. Oh and at $10 a pound. So really 2lbs for $10
