The white ones opening their beaks at each other are precious. I love how the white IRNs look but I've heard the albinism can affect their eyesight as they get older.

I believe this first photo is actually a female African ringneck. (smaller, darker beak)

WOW they are about the same size as a tiel?

They vary a bit.

I'd say they are more the size of small poi, though they are taller/longer/thinner in body shape. While a poi is a bit shorter and a little wider.
