Last week at the sanctuary I volunteer for we had a Too on Too Attack. A Very little LSC2 vs a MoBrella.
Curly was one of my favorite toos at the sanctuary. If he liked you he would play Peek-a-boo for hours if you let him and would give you the most amazing snuggles. Unfortunately last week the MoBrella escaped and broke into His cage. I found Curly scared and wounded on the bottom of his cage. We rushed him to Gainesville. Sadly he didn’t make it through the surgery to stabilize his beak injury. (It was horrific) We found out last night that he didn’t make it through the surgery. My heart is broken and the sanctuary is eerily quiet this morning.
I’m looking forward to playing peek-a-boo again when the time comes.
Rest In Peace Currly.
