New Cage!

Chloe (or Angie AKA Spinderella) came over and helped me put together my new cage I found on Craigslist today! We had a blast; and she got free Chipotle for her hard work.
I wanted to establish to Toady that he will be sharing the cage (he and Kei will be free to come an go during the day, and hopefully will eventually be able to sleep in there together) so I put Kei in there with him for a while. Kei was a little bit nervous, but the cage is big enough where they can give each other plenty of space. I didn't get a chance to set Harper and Beau up in the double flight yet, hopefully I'll be able to do that tomorow or Sunday. Thanks for all your hard work Chloe!

I am in love with this cage! It's a great size and the people I got it from were really nice. They had it for their B&G but had to rehome him when they had kids (same old same old).

I love it. It is strange to non bird people how that cage housed a Macaw and now two duskies. Not big enough for one and great for the other. Go big or go home.

Exactly! This sized cage is always marketed towards macaws and cockatoos, but I would find it too small for them. It's perfect for Kei and Toady, especially because they aren't in there a lot. The dimensions are 46x29x59" this is the exact model from King's.

WOW, I am surprised at how small it looks in the pictures! In real life, it's HUGE! Me and Allison could fit in there no NO PROBLEM. It really is gigantic!!!!! It fits PERFECTLY in her bird room, too!! I love it! And the little swing-down porch will be perfect for them to come & go!

I have a really good picture of ______ (Kei? Toady?) in the cage I will upload here later.

Sorry I couldn't make it out, Allison I wanted to go! But I was running around from the minute my feet hit the pavement after work, it's my friends birthday bash today and I needed to pick up cake mixes and ingredients for bruschetta and my cactus dip, and start getting all the prepwork done, Oi!

Kei and Toady are going to be roommates, awww
