Video New Budgie tail bobbing

Hello everyone, I’m new to budgies and I just got a pair of budgies today. I noticed one of them keep bobbing his tail since he got to home. And I did some research and they say it could be a respiratory illness. Am I being paranoid maybe he just needs sometimes to adjust to the environment or is my new bird sick?

That's definitely a tail bob. I think it best to get him checked out
