Hi, this is my first time here. I just got this beautiful bird today. I am not sure if it is an indian ring neck or a moustache parrot. Her name is Daisy. Still a baby. Can you recommend some techniques to help me train her.

Welcome! That is not a moustached parakeet. I am not sure if she is an Indian ring-necked parakeet, or an African ring-necked parakeet from this picture. Do you have a better picture of her face?

Do you have parrot experience? What are you feeding? what kind of perches and toys do you have?

Its hard to say if its a Indian Ringneck because you can't see the beak in the pic. If it is a ringneck, it is not a "she" and not a "baby" because I can see a clear ring already. Males get their ring when they mature and females have none.

Hi and Welcome to AA! Daisy is very cute! If it has a ring then it's a male. African ring-necks have purplish colored beaks and Indian ring-necks have red beaks.
