Last September my dog Tessa (15yrs) passed away. Well Friday was our anniversary and my husband decided we needed a dog in our house to make it a home again. We got a 3 month old Jack Russell terrier. She is a cute little girl and we named her Kira.

Kathy, Kira is adorable! Look at that sweet little face. I just love JRT's, I think they are so cute and so fun. Not the dog for me, though too high energy and I seem to be slowing down in my old age, lol. I'd never be able to keep up.

So sorry for your loss. It's never easy losing a beloved friend. How wonderful that you were able to share 15 wonderful years with her. Happy Anniversary.
