Pictures Need Help, Male or female?

Hi. Any idea what the gender of this beautiful bird is? The bird has only chirping sound, generally in the mornings and trying to build the nest.

I'm leaning towards male. Really bright red eye rims and beaks tend to be a male trait whereas females are more pink. That said for java its more helpful to take a pic below the beak because males have this wider/rounded profile that females do not. I think in javas its the males who gather nesting materials and females are the one who reshape it into the actual nest.
