A friend of mine gave me a book about a multitude of uses we can all apply with salt, lemons, vinegar and baking soda.
They are suppose to be all natural and earth friendly. '

The first one that caught my eye was the "Lemon Air Freshener"

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 2 cups hot water, 1/2 cup lemon juice.
Dissolve baking soda in the hot water, add the lemon juice after and transfer to clean spray bottle. Using a few squirts now and then will fill your house with a just-cleaned scent.

Would this work in the bird room? Anyone see any red flags going up?

I would worry that the juice might leave a sticky residue on things in the room and that ants might find it nummmmmmmmmmmy.

The baking soda will probably leave a dust on dark floors when it dries, too.
