Mystery food

I bought this as bulk food at a bird store. I bought a whole bunch of varieties of food and pellet types to see if once again, I might have some luck with my two parrots eating pellets. This is the only thing that I think the caique was eating, other than the nutriberries and seed. Does anyone know what it is?

I want to say it looks like a Hagen Tropican mix, but it's been years since I've seen one so I could be way off.

It's definitely Hagen Tropimix. I just got some in my order from Kathie, I use it in foraging toys for the conures.
