This morning, I walked into the little bird room and both my Hahnsies started yelling and chatting up a storm. I had just been scolding the cats and was in "scold mode" when I walked in, without even realizing it (I'm usually patient, but we all have our off moments), so I started to grumble: "All right, all right, that's enough. I don't need to listen to all that nonsense." Max immediately flew to my shoulder, put his beak right by my ear and said "I sorry" and gave me a gentle kiss on the cheek. I was immediately transformed into a small pool of mush on the floor.
