Rita is great. I picked him up so i met her and her husband. Before you bring yours home she offers a wing cut, a mild wing cut and no cut. I mistakenly left him uncut. Since he was nervous the first week of course it was easy to get him to step up Etc but since then he is his own man and he has had so many mishaps flying into things.and God forbid we try and get him in his cage. When it's dark he goes in his cage himself! I still havent trimmed him , only cuz i know I'll feel bad about it, but i should at least once, for training. Our first green-cheek was trimmed when we brought him home and his whole life was different because of a few months of being trimmed. He was so well tamed and trained by the time his wings grew in. So I would recommend taking the wing trim before you bring your bird home that is just my humble opinionBeautiful bird! Did you have a good experience with Rita? I'm asking because I am getting my baby GCC from her in a few weeks!
