My GCC just got foot amputated, need help

I currently have 10 birds. 4 CGCC( 2 are babies born 2 weeks ago) 3 grey cockatiels, 2 pearl cockatiels and a latino cockatiel. I hope to one day have an african grey

He'll do just fine. I have several birds that have only one foot and have even had the same surgery done on canaries and every single one survived and thrived after. Just keep him quiet and warm and give him soft, warm foods for comfort. After he heals, use solid platforms and flat perches for him and he will do just fine (make sure his food and water bowls have a little flat perch in front of them and that the food and water are not all at the bottom).

She may have some ideas for you, as she had a gorgeous little hawkhead parrot with one leg. And she seems to get around just fine!
