Urgent My cockatiel’s one leg is badly swollen and she can’t even move, what should I do?

My cockatiel’s foot is badly swollen and she is hardly able to move, she has been on her perch since morning and I don’t know what to do, she not tamed so I can’t touch her which might scare her and there is no vet nearby too, please help.
