It is a garden spider, but he isn't eating anything. He'd like to be eating the bee in the middle of the flower, but the bee is way too fast.

I couldn't tell if that was a bee or a beetle on the stamen. I thought the spider had a funny shape and wondered if it was the actual shape of the spider or if it was eating something.
