That's got to be a scam. I live in Alabama and I have seen parrot ads on Craigslist worded almost EXACTLY like that word for word.
Astounding tipped me off. Who uses that? Lol

After reading it more...same ad I saw but with a different picture (still a Moluccan)
I almost talked my husband into going to get it.
Glad we didn't.

Usually our Iowa parrot rescue weeds those out.
